1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 127 III. Assembly of Cylinder Head Sub- Assemblies NOTE  Ensure the readings are within the specified limits. 1. Move the valve spring compressor rail to the exhaust side of the cylinder head. SPECIAL TOOL  Valve Spring Compression Tool - 2829 5890 06 05 SPECIAL TOOL  Valve Spring Compression Support Rail – 5424 5890 06 06 2. Assemble the Intake valve to respective location to cylinder head. 3. Place the spring seat. 4. Assemble the valve guide seal. 5. Assemble the valve spring. 6. Assemble the valve spring retainer. 7. Using Special Tool, to compress and assemble the valve spring lock halves.
