1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 112 III. Removal of Oil Sump 1. Drain the engine oil in oil pan.(In cold condition) 2. Rotate the engine at 180 0 for removal of oil sump. 3. Remove the Oil Sump along with the sealant by using sealant cutting wedge. SPECIAL TOOL  – Wedge-Oil Sump sealant cutting 5424 5890 06 09 4. Remove the Lube Oil Strainer and O-Ring. IV. Removal of Sensors 1. Remove Cam Phase Angle Sensor. 2. Remove Crank Angle/RPM Sensor from the Engine Block. Note: Remove Alternator to make crank angle/RPM sensor accessible. Refer alternator removal procedure. 3. Remove Coolant Temperature Sensor.
