Revotron 1.2T 50 6. Loosen the drain plug and allow the coolant to drain into the container. 7. Remove the fasteners securing the engine coolant reservoir to the bracket in the engine compartment. 8. Drain the coolant reservoir and rinse out any sediment. 9. Use fresh water to reverse flush the radiator from the drain to the coolant reservoir bottle. 10. Secure the coolant reservoir bottle in the engine compartment using the fasteners removed previously. 11. Close the coolant drain plug on the radiator. 12. Add the recommended brand of pre-mixed 40:60 coolant to the reservoir until the coolant level is at the 'MAX' mark on the bottle. 13. Start the engine and gradually increase engine speed to allow the engine to reach 85- 90 o C, which allows the thermostat to open. 14. Allow the engine to return to idle speed. 15. Stop the engine and allow to cool sufficiently. 16. Add pre-mixed 40:60 coolant to the reservoir until the coolant level is at the 'MAX' mark on the bottle.
