DRIVETRAIN-TA65 Star 63 2. ASSEMBLY: 1. Place the selector shifter shaft along with dust cover in the top cover. 2. Put the lower diameter spring (1st/2nd Selection) after placing spacer over the shaft as shown and place the larger diameter spring (5th / reverse Selection ) 3. Compress both the springs and put the cup above it and tighten with M8 bolts with cup holding plate. 4. Apply Anabond 112 TS: 25408 on threads of all fasteners for top cover assembly. 5. Move the interlock piece along with barrel, spring and central detent and finger (selection and shifting). 6. Lock the assembly by tightening the cross pin (shifter/ Selector finger). 7. Insert the Bush in the top cover assembly and place the spacer and sealing ring over the bush. 8. Place the bellow over the selector shifter shaft and insert the bell crank lever over the shaft notch in such a way that it exactly sits over the bush, spacer and sealing ring. 9. Insert the M12 bolt and tighten the bell crank lever over top cover assembly to a specified torque.
