ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (90PS) 24 INSTALLATION OF ENGINE ON TO THE VEHICLE NOTE Before starting the installation process, check the mounts for any wear or damage, if found replace the mounts 1. Follow the reverse order of the removal process to install the engine. 2. Tighten the mounts to the specified torque specified below. MOUNT BOLT / NUT QTY TORQUE (Kg-m) A Mount M12 BOLT 3 7.8 B Mount AM 12 NYLOC NUT 1 10.8 C Mount M12 BOLT 1 7.8 3. Connect all the electrical connectors, hoses, fuel lines etc. 4. Refit all the components referring the removal procedure. 5. Refill the lubricants, coolant; Brake fluid and Power Steering Oil. NOTE It is always a good practice to trace all individual circuits like, Cooling, Intercooler, Air intake, etc. before starting the engine.
