ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS) 46 19.Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the connecting rod caps (1b). 20.Remove the lower crankpin half-bearings. 21.Remove the connecting rod - piston assemblies. 22.Remove the upper connecting rod half-bearings. 9. Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the alternator (1b). 10.Remove the bolts (2a) and remove the power steering pump (2b). 11. Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the alternator- power steering pump mounting (1b). 12.Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the engine oil recovery manifold (1b). 13.Remove the bolts (2a) and remove the st arter motor (2b). 14.Rotate the engine through 180° on the overhaul stand. 15.Remove the lower crankcase retaining bolts. 16.Cut the lower crankcase sealant using the tool 287158900663 (Blade). 17.Remove the lower crankcase. 18.Remove the lower main journal half-bearings
