ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS) 41 11. If not already carried out during cylinder head overhaul, remove plugs (1a) and fit camshaf t timing adjustment tools (1b) 287158900655 (Template) to the cylinder head extension. 12. Fit the tools and position with their millings horizontal. Ensure they fit into the seats on the camshafts. 13. Remove the int ake camshaft timing tool and tighten the plug. 14. Place the camshaf t housing centering bushes on the cylinder head. NOTE Q Before fitting the locating bushes, check that the height is 13 mm. 15. Place the camshaf t housing complete with gasket in position. 16. Tighten the single camshaf t housing M8 fixing bolts (1a) to a pre-torque of 1.5 Kg-m and M7 (1b) to a pre-torque of 1.2 Kg-m . 17. Tighten the bolts (2a) to a torque of 2.5 Kg-m and (2b) to a torque of 1.8 Kg-m securing the single camshaft housing. NOTE Q Follow the order as shown in the diagram for the tightening sequence. 18. Check the misalignment between the camshaft housing - cylinder head. Only the camshaf t housing can protrude and not the cylinder head. NOTE Q The permissible protrusion of the camshaft housing from the cylinder head is 0.1mm
