ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS) 38 24. Position the cylinder head extension in the vice using the tool 287158900624 (Mount). 25. Place the camshafts in their housings. 26. Place the camshaft caps in their housings and secure them without tightening the bolts. 27. Fit the camshaft timing tools 287158900655 (Template) 28. Tighten the camshaf t gear fixing M12 bolt s to the recommended torque of 13.5 ~ 16.5Kg-m . 29. Place the cam angle sensor back in its housing and secure it tightening the M6 bolt to the recommended torque of 0.64 ~ 0.96 Kg-m . 30. Position the pressure pump (1a), complete with coupling (1b) and a new o-ring, in it s housing and t ighten the M7 bol t s (1c) to the recommended torque of 1.4 ~ 1.7 Kg-m. 31. Place the vacuum unit (2a), complete with gasket (2b), back in its housing and secure it tightening the M8 bolts (2c) to the recommended torque of 1.8 ~ 2.2 Kg-m . NOTE Q Follow the order shown in the figure for each tightening sequence. The tightening to 2.0 Kg-m is performed in two stages: a pretightening to 0.5 Kg-m followed by an additional tightening of 1.8 - 2.2 Kg-m . 32. Remove the support tool complete with camshaft housing from the vice and separate them.
