ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS) 33 B. REMOVALANDOVERHAUL 1. Fit a wooden stand (1) tool no. 287158900626 on the cylinder head plane to support the valves and secure it using bolts. 2. Fi t the cot ters (1a) using the tools (1b) 287158900625(Lever) and (1c) 287158900646 (Chamber). 3. Remove the valve upper shim (2). 4. Remove the valve spring(3). 5. Carry out the same operations on the other valves. 6. Remove the wooden stand tool no.287158900626 and keep the valves. 7. Remove the valve guide oil seals (1a) using the tool 287158900648 (Calliper) (1b). 8. Fit the lower valve shims. 9. Remove the cylinder head from the support tool. 10.Remove the valve guides (1a) using the tool 287158900645 (Extractor) (1b). Valve guide outer 10.010 ~ 10.030 diameter (mm) Valve guide outer diameter 0.05/0.10/0.25 oversize (mm)
