ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS) 30 22.Loosen the collars and remove the coolant delivery sleeve (1) from the thermost at to the coolant/ exhaust gas heat exchanger for the EGR system. 23.Remove the bolts (2a) and remove the thermosat t (2b) complete with O-ring. 24.Remove and remove the engine oil pressure warning light switch (3). NOTE • Fit the tool positioning it with the millings horizontal and checking that it is correctly inserted in the housing in the camshaft. 10.Remove the bolts fixing the camshaft gears. 11. Remove the camshaf t t iming tools (1) 287158900655 (Template) for the cylinder head extension. 12. Release the camshafts (2a), as necessary and remove the camshaft gears (2b). 13. Completely remove the camshafts. 14. Remove the support tool complete with camshatf housing from the vice and separate them. 15. Remove the nuts (1a) and remove the exhaust manifold (1b). 16. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket(2) 17. Unscrew the glow plugs (3) and remove. 18. Position the cylinder head (1a) in a vice using the tool(1b) 287158900624 (Mount). 19. Remove the valve rockers(2). 20. Remove the hydraulic tappets(3). 21. Remove the cylinder head extension locating bushes.
