ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS) 15 D. AIR FILTERASSY – REMOVAL 1. Disconnect theAir flow sensor (1) and remove the hose by loosening the hose clamp (2). 2. Lift the air filter assembly from front and move it forward to remove it from the rear locater. REINSTALLATION 1. Align the Air filter Assembly at the rear locator (2). 2. Press the Air filter Assembly at the front locator pins (1) to lock it. 3. Fix the hose and tighten the clamp. 4. Connect the Air Flow Sensor. E. FUEL FILTER – REPLACE 1. Disconnect the fuel sediment connector and unscrew the water sensor(1) 2. Disconnect the Delivery line (2) coming fromat nk. 3. Disconnect the High pressure delivery line (3) from filter to pump. 4. Disconnect the return line (4) from rail to filter. 5. Loosen the nuts (5a) and remove the fuel filter assembly (5b). 6. Replace the fuel filter with a new one and follow the reverse procedure for assembly. 7. Replace the water sensor and connect the Connector. DISCHARGING WATER FROM FUEL FILTER. Water needs to be drained every time the water in filter indicator turns ON to indicate the presence of water in the filter. This usually occurs when the water collected in the filter reaches a pre-determined volume.
