ENGINE 1.3 QUADRAJET (75PS) 13 B. ENGINE OIL FILTER CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT. 1. Unscrew the two Torx (T-30) screws and the hexagonal nut of the oil filter cover and remove the oil filter cover. 2. Remove the oil filter housing by unscrewing it by placing a suitable box spanner on the hexagonal protrusion on top of it. 3. Since the oil filter cartridge is snapped to the housing it will also come along with the oil filter housing. 4. Hold the oil filter housing firmly and pull out the cartridge by giving a slight anti clockwise roat tion. NOTE Before replacing the oil filter cartridge, wipe clean the old oil from inside of the oil filter housing and smear some fresh engine oil to it. 5. While replacing the oil filter cartridge, snap the new cartridge into the oil filter housing. 6. Place the oil filter housing along with the oil filter cartridge properly and hand tighten the same and then tighten it to a torque of 25 N-m using box spanner. 7. Install the oil filter cover and tighten the two Torx screws and the hexagonal nut.
