Revotron 1.2T 121 24. Fit vibration damper pulley and tighten the bolts at specified torque. 25. Adjust the timing belt tension by using a Allen key, rotate the timing belt tensioner clockwise to apply tension to the belt. 26. While maintaining the belt tensioner position, tighten the bolt securing the belt tensioner to the engine block. NOTE • Do not allow the tensioner to over-rotate and place too much tension on the belt. 27. Torque the bolt, securing the camshaft gear to camshaft. 28. Measure the tension of the belt by using Clavis Meter. NOTE • Tension of the bolt should be within the specified limit. • If tension of the belt is not within the specified limit then repeat the procedure from Step-23 to Step-26 29. Set the valve tappet clearance on the inlet valve rocker arms for cylinder 1 and 2 and exhaust valves rocker arms for cylinder 1 and 3. VALVE CLEARANCE SETTINGS INTAKE EXHAUST 0.20 mm 0.30 mm 30. Remove camshaft and flywheel locking pins.
