Revotron 1.2T 119 11. Place woodruff key. 12. Fit crankshaft gear with the spacer and torque the bolt at specified torque. 13. Fit belt tensioner to the engine block. 14. Fit the Idler & spacer from the gear train assembly and torque the bolt to specified torque. 15. Fit Camshaft Gear along with Camshaft Gear Sensor Plate. 16. Securing the cam gear bolt is hand tight and cam gear rotates on the camshaft with some resistance. 17. Loosen the adjusters on the rocker arm so the bottom of the adjusting screw is just riding on the tips of the valves. Tighten the screw adjuster lock nuts.
