Revotron 1.2T 106 3. Remove the hex screw securing the Camshaft Lock Plate. CAUTION • When removing the camshaft, use care to avoid damaging the bearing surfaces of the cylinder head and the camshaft. 4. Using the Special Tool gently tap and, carefully pull the camshaft from the cylinder head with the oil seal. Rotate the camshaft as necessary to aid in removal. SPECIAL TOOL • Camshaft Oil Seal Drift - 2654 2890 05 08. 5. Bolt the Special Tool the intake port on the cylinder head. SPECIAL TOOL • Valve Spring Compression Support Rail - 2702 5890 06 16 NOTE • When removing the valves, valve springs and retaining components, note the location of each and keep these components together so the valves, springs and retaining components are installed in the same location in the cylinder head during reassembly. 6. Using Special Tool, to compress and remove the valve spring lock halves, valve retainers, valve springs and valve seats. SPECIAL TOOL • Valve Spring Compression Tool - 2702 5890 06 15
