Revotron 1.2T 102 4. Remove Timing Cover Front. 5. Remove Timing Cover Front Lower. 6. Now lock the Flywheel & Camshaft with the help of the Locking Pins. SPECIAL TOOL 1. Camshaft Locking Pin - 2702 5890 06 04. 2. Flywheel Locking Pin - 2702 5890 06 05. 7. Remove Vibration Damper Pulley. 8. Release tension of Timing belt by loosening tension of mounting bolt. 9. Remove the Timing belt from the gear train assembly. 10. Ensuring Camshaft in lock condition, remove Camshaft Gear along with Camshaft Gear Sensor Plate.
