Revotron 1.2T 93 2.8 ENGINE OVERHAULING : (ON OVERHAUL STAND) A. Engine Dis-assembly : i. Removal of Intake Manifold : 1. Remove Spring Band Clamp. 2. Remove the Rubber hose from Head cover NRV to Intake manifold. 3. Remove the HT Coil cables connects between Spark Plug and HT Coil Unit. 4. Remove the HT Coil Unit from the Intake manifold assembly. 5. Remove Engine Harness Channel from Intake Manifold. 6. Remove the Fuel Rail along with the injectors.
