ELECTRICAL 126 GEAR INDICATION (Manual) The Current Gear number displayed on the DIS screen based on gear shift lever position when clutch pedal is fully released. Note: When there is a failure in the system, instead of gear no ‘F’ shall be displayed. If ’F’ is displayed in the Gear number position, take your vehicle to authorized TATA service centre to get it repaired. Automatic Transmission In Automatic Transmission the Current Gear displayed on the DIS screen based on gear shift lever position when clutch pedal is fully released. GEAR UP/DOWN RECOMMENDER Indicates to change the gear to next level The Gear Up / Down recommender shall recommends the user to change the gears for better performance. Note: If the vehicle is in correct gear position, the gear recommender shall not be shown.
