ELECTRICAL 116 C. REMINDER FEATURES (AUDIBLE) The following are the Audible Reminder warnings provided to the user. a. Key In reminder While leaving your vehicle, if you forget key inside and Ignition is OFF, buzzer shall sound. Remove Key to stop the warning. b. Drive Mode Chime When drive modes change happens from city to eco or eco to sports one time drive mode chime sounds. c. TPMS Chime If TPMS alert condition occurs, TPMS chimes shall sound for 4 secs and for TPMS fault conditions TPMS chime shall sound for 20 sec. d. High Coolant Temperature reminder Engine Coolant Temperature High Chime feature monitor the Engine coolant temperature input and when the temperature is high it gives continuous audio warning. e. BSVI Chime Whenever DEF Level will be low or SCR fault will occur then one time chime will sound for level 1 and level 2. For level 3 to level 7 there will be a continuous chime until fault recovers. f. Park Lamp ON reminder While leaving your vehicle, if user forget to turn OFF the Head Lamps, buzzer shall sound. Switch off Park Lamps to stop the warning. Do not forget to turn OFF your Head Lamps as it may drain your Car Battery. g. Park Brake ON reminder If Park Brake is applied and vehicle is driven above 5 Km/h, telltale shall blink along with chime continuously. Disengage the park brake to stop the warning. h. Electric Park Brake Chime There are multiple chimes like single tone, Soft cyclic, strong cyclic chime present in this chime. Appropriate chime will be sounds whenever recommended condition occurs. i. Reverse Gear reminder If reverse Gear engaged Buzzer shall sound to alert you. This chime is applicable for both Manual and AT transmission vehicles. j. Driver Seat Belt reminder If seat belt remains unbuckled and vehicle speed goes above 15 km/ hr, Final Warning will start. Audio Chime will continue for 90 seconds. Seat belt telltale will remain continuously ON when audio alarm is active. Note: Buckle the seat belt to stop Audible warning. k. Co-Driver Seat Belt reminder If Co-Driver is present & its seat belt remains unbuckled and vehicle speed goes above 15 km/ hr, Final Warning will start. Audio Chime will continue for 90 seconds. Seat belt telltale will remain continuously ON when audio alarm is active. Note: Buckle the seat belt to stop Audible warning. l. ESCL Chime If electronic steering column lock gets inadvertently engaged, this chimes sounds and informs user to rotate steering wheel. m. AT Chimes Whenever Gear lever position is not in Park “P” or Neutral “N” then this chime sounds and inform user to shift gear lever to “P” or “N” Also Whenever Gear Lever position is not in Park “P” and user tries to switch off the Ignition then this chime sounds and inform user to shift gear lever to Park “P” Position to switch off the vehicle.
