SUSPENSION 29 10.Remove the mounting bolts of the cross member. 11.Remove Four mounting bolt and take down the subframe assembly along with cross bar member. 15. INSTALLATION OF SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY Follow the Reverse Procedure of removal of sub frame assembly.  Sub frame to be aligned to BIW with help of Sub frame Fixture RH / LH 541258903101. Locating holes are available in sub frame & BIW at rear.  For tightening sub frame bolts, 6 point hex head socket is recommend. Don’t use 12 point hex socket. NOTE: Do not reuse subframe mounting bolt. It is only for one time use. Do not reuse the lower ball joint to knuckle mounting bolt & LCA front pivot bolt. Use Torx hex socket for tightening of LCA front pivot bolt.
