C635 TRANSAXLE 46 11.Remove all 4 bolts on Shifter mechanism Unit. 12.Take out shifting Mechanism unit from vehicle. 16.ASSEMBLY GEARSHIFT MECHANISM Follow the reverse procedure of gearshift housing removal process. Before assembly of console assy, Fix C Nut ST 4.8 (2 Nos) on Gear shifter Housing from TOP. Ensure “Neutral setting procedure” get followed during reassembly as mentioned in the document. 17.ASSEMBLY DIFFERENTIAL OIL SEAL 1. Fix differential oil seal using Tool no 2654 5890 3511 DRIFT 2654 5890 3511 NOTE: 1. USE TOOL NO. 2654 5890 3511 FOR ON VEHICLE OIL SEAL ASSEMBLY OPRATION. USE STANDARD TOOL FOR REMOVAL OF OIL SEAL ASSEMBLY OPERATION.
