ENGINE. 29 E. DRAINING WATER FROM PREFILTER CUM SEDIMENTOR 1. Stop the engine allow the pressure to stabilize. 2. Disconnect the sensor pigtail and also disconnect one of the fuel lines either inlet or outlet. 3. Keep a suitable container to collect the drained water . 4. Rotate the sedimentor sensor in an anti-clockwise direction for about 2 turns and allow approximate- ly 120cc of diesel to drain and then tighten the sensor. 5. Connect the fuel line and pigtail that was discon- nected in step 2. 6. Using hand priming pump refill the fuel line. NOTE For priming procedure refer fuel system in this group. F. PREFILTER CUM SEDIMENTOR REPLACE- MENT 1. Remove Front LH wheel assy & inner wheel arch cover ( For procedures refer body section ). 2. Disconnect the sensor pigtail. 3. Keep a suitable container below the sensor to collect the diesel that will drain . 4. Remove the sensor by unscrewing it in anti- clockwise direction.
