CLUTCH 30 3.1.2.3.5 SINGLE MASS FLYWHEEL (ON VEHICLE) REMOVAL 1. Disconnect battery connection. 2. Remove stone guard from the vehicle. 3. Remove the starter motor (For procedure refer Electrical section.) 4. Lower the gearbox from the vehicle. (For procedure refer gearbox removal in Gearbox section.) 5. Remove the clutch disc with clutch cover assembly. (For procedure refer clutch cover assembly removal procedure in this section.) 6. Loosen and remove mounting bolts (8 Nos.) and separate the flywheel assembly from the engine. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal.
