HARRIER SERVICE MANUAL PART -1

KRYOTEC ENGINE 74 F. TURBOCHARGER REMOVAL AND REFITMENT REMOVAL 1. Remove the Diesel particulate filter. (Refer DPF section for removal procedure). 2. Remove mounting screw of turbocharger outlet pipe and disconnect the pipe. 3. Disconnect turbochargers inlet and outlet oil lines. NOTE Gasket and sealing washers not to be reused. 4. Remove mounting fasteners on the exhaust manifold and take out the turbocharger. NOTE Fasteners not to be reused. FITMENT For fitment follow removal procedure in reverse. G. TIMING BELT REMOVAL AND REFITMENT 1. Remove underbody engine guard. 2. Remove the air filter resonator assembly. 3. Remove engine cover. 4. Remove the auxiliary belt. (For removal procedure refer ac compressor and alternator belt replacement). 5. Support engine Remove ‘A’ mount mounting bolts. 6. Remove top timing cover. NOTE Bolts not to be reused.
