HARRIER SERVICE MANUAL PART -1

HVAC 48 I. CONDENSER REMOVAL AND ASSEMBLY 1. Discharge the refrigerant. 2. Remove front bumper assembly (For procedure refer front bumper removal procedure in body section). 3. Remove cross member Front crash member. 4. Remove Radiator seal from LH & RH side of vehicle. 5. Disconnect the refrigerant lines . 6. Remove the 2 mounting snaps and separate the condenser assembly from vehicle. CAUTION Close the open ports with suitable cap. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal J. CONDENSER SEALING DUCT REMOVAL AND ASSEMBLY 1. Open the bonnet. 2. Remove front bumper (For procedure refer front bumper removal procedure in body section) 3. Loosen and remove mounting screws and then take out the air guide assembly. 4. Repeat same procedure for other side air guide FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal.
