KRYOTEC ENGINE 115 16. Position the index of the tensioner at the maximum reference by pressing in upward direction. In this position tighten the tensioner bolt. 17. Rotate the crankshaft two complete revolutions. Loosen the timing tensioner bolt. 18. Use a screwdriver to position the index of the tensioner at the reference hole. 19. In this position tighten the tensioner bolt to the proper torque. 20. Align engine mounting bracket and adjust the spacer if necessary. 21. Install engine mounting bracket at timing side. 22. Install the bottom timing belt cover. 23. Install damper pulley.
