Engine oil pressurewith coolant temp. of 70 0 c 800 + 50 rpm 1bar 4500 rpm 4 bar Note The Oil filter used is Spin On type. The oil filter to be replaced after specified kms & with every oil change Clean all parts with kerosene and then dry with compressed air. l Take a new filter and lubricate the sealing ring. l Place the new sealing ring on the adaptor groove and apply oil to it for lubrication during tightening. l Spin on the filter on the adaptor and screw the filter by hand by 3/4th turn and tighten it slightly using special spanner. Oil Pump l Remove the oil pump and check for flow rate at specified rpm. Check for any leakage at sealing plugs. l Check functioning of Pressure relief valve. If the performance of the pump is not satisfactory, then replace the oil pump assembly. Always assemble oil pump with NEW gasket. l Crank shaft flat dimension 32.6 + 0.05mm for drive gear of pump. l Flow rate: 29 lpm at 2000rpm at back pressure of 4.5 bar. l Flow rate 1.5 lmp at 800 rpm at back pressure of 1.5 bar back pressure. This test to be conducted with test oil at 400Cwhich has equivalent dynamic viscosity of engine oil 15W40 at 1200C
