Check coolant level, top up if necessary Frequently l 3. Change coolant in cooling system 50,000 km. or two years whichever is earlier 4. Check oil level in sump, top up if necessary Frequently l 5. Change engine oil and filter cartridge 10,000 l l l l l l l l l l 6. Change fuel filter element (tank side) 10,000 l l l l l l l l l l 7. Change both fuel filter elements (main) 20,000 l l l l l 8. Check timing belt, adjust tension if necessary, replace if defective 20,000 l l l l l 9. Replace timing belt 100,000 l 10. Check fan belt, adjust tension if necessary, replace if defective (at every 40,000 km) 10,000 l l l l l l l l l l 11. Check injection nozzles for opening pressure & spray characteristics Check if any problem is noticed. PETROL ENGINE (If fitted) 1.
