ELECTRICALS 13 Trouble Shooting : Refer exploded view Description Fault Remedy Speedometer Speedometer l Ensure proper engagement of vehicle speed sensor with / Odometer Odometer not Gearbox working l Check for propr connection of vehicle speed sensor Note: Use right Speedo ratio. RPM Meter RMP Meter l Fix the connectors properly on alternator not working l Check the output voltage of alternator l If no output replace the alternator l Check continuity to meter Note: Ensure correct pulley ratio Fuel Gauge Fuel gauge l Fix the connector properly. not working l Check continuity from Fuel Tank Unit l Check resistance value of Fuel Tank Unit as shown in the drawing. l Replace Fuel Tank Unit if found faulty. Fuel gauge l Check Fuel Gauge by connecting external resistance as needle flickering per drawing. Temperature Temperature l Fix the connector properly. Gauge gauge not working l Replace Temperature transducer. Temp. gauge l Replace temp. gauge. needle flickering l Replace temp. gauge. Indicators Indicators not l Fix the connector properly. working l Fix the Bulb Holder properly l Replace the bulb.
