ENGINE 97 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 INSTALLATION OF CRANKSHAFT PULLEY 1 Fit oil slinger, ensure that woodruff key in position on crankshaft. 2 Heat pulley hub to approx. 80 deg C. Align key way of pulley hub with woodruff key and slip it on the crankshaft. 3 Lubricate threads of pulley mounting bolt and screw it on. 4 Lock crankshaft at flywheel suitably and tighten mounting bolt to specified torque. INSTALLATION OF CRANKSHAFT PULLEY 1 Ensure that woodruff key is inpositionon crankshaft. 2 Heat pulley hub to approx. 80degG. Align keyway of pulley hub with woodruff key and slip it on the crankshaft. 3 Lubricate threads of pulleymountingbolt and screw it on. 4 Lock crankshaft at flywheel suitably and tighten mounting bolt to specified torque. REPLACEMENT OF DRIVE SHAFT SPIGOT BEARING 1 Using drift, 2651 5890 33 05 press out drive shaft spigot bearing fromflywheel alongwith its cover.Fig. 4. 2 Check bearing for noise, pitting, etc. If necessary, replace with new one. 3 Install bearing in flywheel with drift, 2506 5890 99 02 till it is flush with back face of flywheel. Fill bearing with grease and fit retaining cover with drift, 2506 5890 99 02. Fig. 5.
