ENGINE 41 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 8. Disconnect Pipelines From: l Air filter to Turbocharger (fig. 4) l Turbocharger to Intercooler l Intercooler to Intake manifold l Exhaust pipe from Exhaust system 9. Remove radiator and cooling system connections. l Remove thermostat housing & Auxiliary tank connection. (fig. 5) 10. Fuel inlet connection to Sedimenter l Fuel Filter to HP Pump 11. EGR connecting vacuum pipes l Vacuum pump to brake booster 12. Power steering pump connections 13. Extract AC refrigerant (Ref. AC section) and remove the AC pipe lines and heater pipes (Fig. 6) l Cover the pipe lines openings with suitable caps.
